Central Davis, also known as “The Core,” is a high demand area where you will find many homes from the 1950s and 1960s. The area is in the heart of Davis - near great schools and biking distance from grocery stores and downtown. Residents love the area for its convenience, sense of community with fellow residents, friendly atmosphere, and the fact that it is very dog and pedestrian friendly.

The price per square foot for homes in The Core is generally at a premium compared to the rest of town. The Core is thriving with great restaurants, bars, bike shops, art galleries and boutiques.
